In guided meditation, our practice is shaped by another person’s voice. Because the mind has a tendency to wander where it will, many of us find it easier to focus and relax when our minds aren’t entirely left to their own devices. This form of meditation is often led by a (real live) guide in group settings, or by recordings presented on apps, podcasts, videos, CDs, etc.

Guided meditation is a nurturing practice where I will gently lead you through visualizations, relaxation techniques, or mindfulness exercises. Here’s how a typical session unfolds:

  1. Preparation
    • Begin by finding a comfortable position—either seated or lying down—and focusing on relaxed, natural breathing.

  1. Guidance
    • I will provide soothing verbal instructions, guiding you through various stages of relaxation. This might include releasing tension from specific areas of your body, practising deep breathing exercises, or exploring calming visualizations.

  1. Mindfulness and Awareness
    • You’ll be encouraged to stay present and aware, noticing your thoughts, emotions, and sensations without judgment. This may involve focusing on your breath, observing the body’s sensations, or visualizing serene imagery.

  1. Intention Setting
    • In some sessions, we’ll set intentions or affirmations, centering on positive thoughts, healing energy, or personal goals.

  1. Duration
    • Sessions vary in length—from brief moments of mindfulness to longer, deeper practices—allowing you to choose what best fits your needs.

  1. Closing
    • We’ll gently bring your awareness back to the present moment, guiding you to reawaken the body and mind with a sense of calm, balance, and readiness for the day ahead.

Rome wasn't built in a day, right? No reason to push yourself but I am sure that you will start feeling the results after 5 times of meditating with me. I will teach you how to meditate when you are alone and especially when you are stressed.


I got you! It took me years to be able to meditate myself. Give yourself time. I will guide you based on your needs.


I would suggest to stay silent and  allow yourself to get into the guided meditation. 


NO! You don't have to be religious to join our classes. We respect everyone and all religions. Yoga with Nadia will make you feel relax and stress free. You will learn how to handle challenging situations without panicking. You will learn how to control and move your body.


Our thoughts cannot harm us, they are just thoughts. Allow tp your mind to "flow" around the thoughts. It is fascinating when you can see your thoughts and smile.
