Strength Training

My fitness journey started many years ago when I was going through my divorce. I was feeling too much intension, anger and stress. and that's how I started boxing training. That helped me to maintain my sanity I think haha. 


I was training for a few years and in 2016 I started run. That's. a funny story.  When I was in New York I was trying to set up my business and I was always so busy and I had invested all my money in. my business. Running was the cheapest exercise as it  was  Free! 


The yoga journey was even more weird. When I was a child in primary school I wanted to be an Indian probably I was influenced from my mom watching Bollywood! I borrow a book from the school's library about different religions. My attention was drawn to Buddhism and hinduism. I studied yoga its spiritual side. I got fascinated! I will never forget that I was trying to meditate by focusing on an apple haha. I wasn't ready though to become a yogi. my mind was too disturbed and I had so much energy. Like a mosquito, I couldn't stay still for long. Yoga came to my life for good at the age of 30 then I was ready to value what was important to me. That was the peace of my mind. 


My calling shouted to me out-loud at the age of 45! When I was watching Michelle Yoh and I don't know why but she inspired me to finally do what I always wanted to do, to become a yoga teacher. was always part of my life after the age of 28.

We are combining boxing with fitness. If you can do boxing training trust me you can confidently say that you are fit.  My partner is a certified boxing coach and he will be leading the online boxing classes.
