Losing my best friend, Cristina, shattered my world. She was my soul sister, confidante, and constant companion in exploring mindfulness, spirituality, and the beauty of yoga life. She dreamed of becoming a yoga teacher; we often envisioned that path together.
When she passed away, I lost not only her but also a part of myself. Grief consumed me, and my system shut down completely. I didn’t want to be here anymore.
Then, one day, I rolled out my mat with her in mind. Each breath and each pose felt like a thread weaving me back into the fabric of life. Yoga became my lifeline. It brought me back to myself—bit by bit, breath by breath.
I added breathwork and meditation to my practice, and they became my sanctuary, helping me rebuild from within. Through this journey, I realized that Cristina’s light hadn’t left; it was guiding me every step of the way.
✨ This isn’t a sales pitch; it’s my truth. Yoga saved my life. Cristina’s dream lives on in me, and now my mission is to inspire others—to love, heal, and thrive—just as she inspired me and continues to do from above.
The Journey That Led Me Here
My path to becoming a yoga teacher has been anything but conventional. I’ve walked through the high-powered corridors of corporate finance and the bright lights of television hosting. These experiences taught me the complexity of life’s challenges and the boundless resilience of the human spirit.
Today, I bring all those lessons into my holistic approach to well-being. Whether leading an invigorating yoga flow or offering coaching steeped in mindfulness and compassion, my focus is to empower others to live authentically, discover balance, and unlock their true potential.
